Harassment is when the bully sending offensive and malicious messages to an individual and is often repeated multiple times that kind of cyberbullying is similar to Flaming but this one use a type of public bullying that often directs harsh languages, or images to a specific person and to this kind of cyberbullying could be apply the lay of protection from Harassment Act 1997 and it cover the racially or religiously offence. The outing is when a bully share private information such as pictures, videos or personal information in the social network and the bully cold be accused of Defamation Act 2013 it cover the protection of reputation.
