Spanish and English Technical Support Agent for Conduent, A Xerox Company as a Google Contractor. Basically working as a Google Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor for clients in regards to Applications, Digital Content and Hardware Issues.

  • Call handling from Google Clients in regards to issues with Hardware (Google Pixel 2 and mostly, tablets and mobile phones) Applications and Digital Content.
  • Avaya Phone Systems (Voice Communication Support).
  • Logging cases from chats, emails or phone in the Cases Manager tool. Troubleshoot with high percent in terms to first time resolution for the issues.
  • Weekly trainings provided by Google based on new technologies, digital content, applications and hardware releases, including new tools for internal work.
  • Daily reviewing of the Knowledge base which was constantly being updated.
  • Programming duties using the Framework of Google Apps Script(GAS)(Programming in the cloud with Spreadsheets).
